This makes a terrific gift or is great for brunches. I often store frozen berries in the freezer from June picking for use in the bread.
Strawberry Nut Bread

Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups white granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
2 cups crushed strawberries
4 beaten eggs
Directions
Grease and flour 2 large bread loaf pans. (or small individual loaf pans).
Mix the dry ingredients.
Add oil, eggs and strawberries.
Mix until blended. Do not overmix. Pour into loaf pans.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Test for doneness with a toothpick.
When the pick comes out clean, the bread is done.
Notes
This is a very moist bread! It tastes even better the next day. Store extra bread in the freezer for future use.
